Celebrating Internation Women’s Day

This month, AWIN is proud to spotlight Ethnix Group for turning inspiration into meaningful, company-wide impact. After attending AWIN’s International Women’s Day Celebration, six team members collaborated to distill key insights into a 60-minute virtual training focused on the journey of leadership, ensuring access for all employees across 12 states and 6 countries.

Their intentional approach reflects a deep commitment to equity, growth, and shared learning across the organization. As Bela Lodyensky, Director of Strategic Growth and Leadership Development, explains, “We take the privilege of having access to AWIN’s events very seriously… it is a matter of intentionality, care, and equality.”
